I grew up in the shadow of Shea Stadium and started going to Mets games with my Dad when I was seven or eight years old - $1.35 for grandstand seats back then.
I will admit to losing faith in 2012 during that historic collapse, but have always been a fan, and thrilled to see them make it to the World Series.
